About Me

Independent Project Consultant

I am an independent project consultant with over 25 years of experience managing risk, cost, and project controls on large and complex capital programmes. I have worked across Europe and Southeast Asia on data centre programmes, semiconductor greenfield builds, and renewable energy EPC projects to turn uncertainty into opportunity.

My approach is hands-on and practical. I embed with project teams, work alongside commercial and technical leads, and build the structures like risk registers, cost frameworks, governance protocols to give a project the resilience it needs to absorb the unexpected. I am based in Germany and available for assignments across Europe and Southeast Asia.
